The fact that mushrooms used by traditional Chinese medicine have medicinal effects has been known for a long time. Because I’ve spent the last couple of years looking into ways of improving my health (after all, it’s the most important thing we have), I was pleased to have found reishi
on the Czech market, a fungus known as the longevity mushroom.
The same is claimed about the local lilac sage which already grows in my garden, though I don’t think it’d be a good idea to rely on it exclusively. In my opinion, our regular diet, of whose origin we know very little nowadays, should be enhanced with supplements that purify the organism and strengthen immunity.
That’s precisely what Chinese mushrooms do. Now they’re finally available on the Czech market which will surely delight anyone who shares my wish to go the extra mile and do something for their health.
